Q: What are the rules? 
 

A: No smoking and no pets are allowed in our condo(s), including on the balconies. This is STRICTLY ENFORCED. Quiet time starts at 10:00pm (resort rule). We also require a $300 deposit OR your credit card number on file on each room which will be refunded 2 wks after you leave when we confirm there is no damage. 
 

Q: How do I know I'm getting a good unit? 
 

A: We provide very detailed photos, maps, room inventory, information and guest book comments about the actual unit you will be renting. Rent from others, and you may get the next condo on the list. Want to make sure you’re getting a good unit, we will send you pictures at your request of THE KEYSTONE DREAM or our 2 and 3 bedroom units. It truly is "the best ski in ski out experience in North America"! 
 

Q: What’s included? 
 

A: Our 1- bedroom condos comes fully furnished with everything from a Microwave, 2- 40" Plasma High-Def TV's, one in bedroom and one in Family Room, 2-DVD players, Stereo, linens and towels, dishes, pots and pans (right down to the corkscrew) and a private steam shower in the master bath. Our TV's are on Comcast cable system and have over 60 channels including Digital Hi-Def channels and The Disney Channel. Local and 1-800 number calls are free and there is free high speed internet (wired and wireless). Our condo also comes with free "on the mountain" parking for one vehicle in heated underground quarters.
 

We also include a ski locker so you don't need to take up condo space with all your heavy, bulky and wet skis, boards etc. 

Our unit also contains upgrades like Video Games, home theatres, CD stereos, etc. 
 

Q: Am I going to get a good deal? 
 

A: Our rates are generally 10 - 30% lower than the web price for a similar unit available from others. In addition, we also give you locals-only tips on where to get a great deal on lift tickets and rentals. We can help plan your whole trip, not just rent you the condo. 
 

Q: How do I check in? 
 

A: We operate a check-in center in the Mountain View Plaza on Hwy 6 in the middle of Keystone Resort. You can pick up both your keys, and your skis from adjacent Mountain View Sports. We also stock 500 DVD titles for you, free for the length of you stay with FULL EXCHANGE privileges at any time during your stay at no extra charge. And you don’t have to take them back, just leave them in your room when you leave. 

For last-minute reservations, we’ll meet you with keys or leave your keys in a lockbox outside our office. 
 

Q: How many people can stay in a unit? Maximum is 6 in our 1-bedroom KEYSTONE DREAM unit. One King size bed, one Queen Murphy Bed and one full-size pull out couch.   Our 2 and 3 bedroom units vary from 6-10 people.
 

Q: How is renting from us different? 
 

A: One main difference is the cost and quality.   We try to be about 20% less than renting the same unit directly from the resort on their web site. Secondly, we are located in the most luxurious condominium complex in Summit County. You will experience the best ski-in ski-out experience in North America. We also specialize in customer service and THE TIMBERS has the ONLY concierre service at River Run. 

Deposits

1/2 non-refundable deposit. Remainder will be billed to your credit card 45-days prior to your arrival date.  We also offer vacation insurance that can protect you from unexpected cancellations. 

Refund Policy

If CSA travel insurance is purchased, condo is 100% refundable based on CSA's guidelines.
